Jeanna Emmons

Ms. Emmons assists clients with navigating through regulatory requirements, specifically those associated with the PSM, RMP, and CalARP regulations. She has worked as a consultant for the past 19 years. She has in depth knowledge on the implementation of PSM, RMP, and CalARP programs for a variety of industries including wineries, cold storage, water treatment, and chemical manufacturing.

She is currently a RETA Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO). In addition, Ms. Emmons works closely with both the refrigeration industry in Southern California and across the country as she sits on the RETA LA Chapter 2 board and participates in various RETA National Committees (Education, Membership, and Conference).  Ms. Emmons is actively participating on the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) Government Relations Committee and the newly formed Compliance Guideline Committee.

Ms. Emmons received her Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Southern California. While at USC, she had the opportunity to study abroad which sparked her love of traveling. Rather than abroad (for the time being), vacations are now spent within the United States visiting national parks and monuments with her husband and two small children.

Jennifer (Green) Hall

Ms. Hall has been working in the industry as a consultant for the past 10 years. She assists clients with the development and implementation of PSM, RMP, and CalARP programs. This involvement ranges from the development of in depth operating procedures to participation and assistance during regulatory inspections (EPA and California CUPA).

She also has extensive knowledge of the California Hazardous Materials Business Plan submittal requirements through the California Environmental Reporting System. She has worked directly with many of the regulatory agencies throughout California and has experience with their specific submittal requirements.

Ms. Hall received her Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  In her free time, Ms. Hall can be found reading a captivating novel or sitting around a campfire with her family and friends roasting marshmallows.

Marjorie (Buyson) Johnson

Ms. Johnson has been working as a consultant in the industry for the past 12 years.  She is knowledgeable in the federal PSM and RMP requirements, as well as state specific programs specifically for California and Washington.  She has helped clients develop and apply these programs as appropriate to meet these requirements.  In addition, she has prepared clients and participated in EPA, OSHA, and California CUPA inspections that revolve around these regulations.

 Ms. Johnson also has experience in the EPCRA Tier II reporting requirements and is familiar with electronic reporting programs such as the Tier2Submit, California Environmental Reporting System, and the Nevada Online Hazardous Materials Reporting System.  Finally, Ms. Johnson has helped several facilities with the preparation and submission of the DHS CSAT Top Screen Survey.

Ms. Johnson received her Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.  During her free time, she likes to hike and enjoy the outdoors, dabble with cooking, or relax at home with a cup of coffee in hand.
